Rick Maguire | Founder, Futurity Resources
Rick Maguire serves as a strategic growth advisor and leadership coach helping executive teams realize their potential for positive impact in the world.
As the Founding Partner and Principal of Futurity Resources, he started the company following a thirty-year career as a business & technical leader in the technology industry and the US Navy. His passion is to support leaders at all levels to create healthy, thriving enterprises and achieve greater fulfillment in their work and personal lives along the way.
Rick holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Stanford University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Leadership Program. He is certified as a Hudson Institute Coach and Scaling UP Coach and uses their formal tools and strategic frameworks to help leaders more effectively face the challenges of increasing complexity, uncertainty and change in our world, today and into the future.
Rick is a believer in work/life balance and spends much of his free time with his wife, seven kids and large community on Bainbridge Island.
